At LunoFOX, we respect your right to privacy. If you wish to delete your personal data from our systems, you may request this at any time.

2. How to Request Deletion

Please email us at lunofoxinc@gmail.com using the same email address associated with your LunoFOX account. Be sure to include:

• Your full name
• Your registered email address
• A short message requesting data deletion

3. What Happens Next?

Once we verify your identity, we will begin the data deletion process. This typically takes up to 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

4. What Gets Deleted?

We will permanently delete:

• Your account and login credentials
• All personal details you shared with us
• Any saved preferences, uploads, and usage data

5. Exceptions

Some data may be retained temporarily if legally required or if part of anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you personally.
